How is Enterprise priced?
We work with each Enterprise partner on customized pricing based on portfolio size, support needs, and long-term rollout plans. As a baseline, pricing is per project space with volume tiers, and the per-space cost drops as your portfolio grows:
- 5+ spaces: $4,000/month, then $500 per additional space
- 15+ spaces: $5,625/month, then $375 per additional space
- 30+ spaces: $9,660/month, then $322 per additional space
- 75+ spaces: $18,225/month, then $243 per additional space
- 150+ spaces: $31,200/month, then $211 per additional space
What does Enterprise include beyond standard CommCare?
Single Sign-On, the Enterprise Security Center, Enterprise Console and Release Management, a dedicated Account Manager, support SLAs, hands-on capacity building, sponsored Enterprise Summit access, and working groups across Governance, Data Use, Frontline Experience, and Capacity Building.
How is data secured at the Enterprise tier?
