Users & plans
Who counts as a billed user?
Only mobile users are billed, and both active and inactive ones count. Web users are always unlimited and free. Each plan includes a set number of mobile users; extra users are $2 per user per month.
What is included on every plan?
Offline data collection, case management, unlimited forms and web users, Excel and scheduled exports, and SOC 2 and GDPR security with HIPAA-compliant data handling. Advanced adds a signed HIPAA BAA and data de-identification.
What is a project space?
A project space holds one application and its data. Most programs start with one; larger programs run several, for example one per country, region, or partner.

How does Enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise is volume pricing for larger rollouts: the cost per project space drops as you grow, and users and OData feeds are pooled across your projects. Use the pricing calculator to estimate it yourself, or contact our team for a tailored quote.
Do you offer pricing for governments?
Yes. For governments doing community health, we offer subsidized pricing through our eCHIS offering. For governments working at scale, we offer bulk discounts we can share on a call.
